1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Member" or "User") and cz66 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your use of all services available at cz66.io. 2.2 One Account Per Member

Each individual may hold only one active account on cz66. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same payment method, same device, or same IP address — constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of balances held in duplicate accounts. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in error, you must contact the cz66 support team immediately.

2.3 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and must keep this information updated at all times. cz66 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify your identity, age, address, or payment method at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests pending verification.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions

cz66 is operated primarily for the Bangladesh market and is not intended to be accessed from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the cz66 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. cz66 makes no representation that its services are appropriate or available for use in any location other than those for which the platform is designed.

3Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your cz66 account. This includes all bets placed, games played, deposits made, and withdrawals requested. cz66 will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate password security.

• You must keep your password and login credentials strictly confidential. Do not share your credentials with any third party.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

cz66 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). cz66 does not currently accept cryptocurrency transactions.

4.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits via mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to your cz66 account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes during peak periods. cz66 does not charge platform-side fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad for fully verified accounts are processed within 15 minutes during normal operating hours. Withdrawals to bank accounts are processed within 1 to 3 business days. cz66 reserves the right to request identity and payment verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request.

4.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. cz66 may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳200 to dormant accounts with a remaining balance. Members will be notified by email prior to dormancy fees being applied. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after 24 months of inactivity.

5Bonuses and Promotions

cz66 offers a variety of promotions, welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside the offer and to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion description.
• One Bonus Per Household: Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers are available once per person, household, IP address, and payment method. Attempts to claim a single-use bonus multiple times will result in cancellation of the duplicate claim.
• Expiry: Bonus funds that are not used within the stated expiry period will be removed from your account automatically without compensation.

cz66 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice if cz66 reasonably determines that the offer has been misused, that a technical error has affected the offer, or that operational circumstances require amendment.

6Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on cz66 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market, which are published in the betting rules section of the platform. In the event of any discrepancy between displayed odds and the correct market odds due to a technical error, cz66 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the member's account balance.

6.2 Live Casino

Live casino games hosted by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi are subject to the rules of the respective game providers. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino round, the outcome of the round will be determined by the game server record, which constitutes the authoritative record. cz66 is not liable for losses arising from connectivity issues on the member's side.

6.3 Slots and RNG Games

Nothing in this clause shall limit your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws applicable in your country of residence.
